2. AI Service Disclaimer

RoamSeek uses Artificial Intelligence to generate travel itineraries. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. Users should independently verify all critical information (transportation schedules, visa requirements, operating hours, prices, etc.) before making travel arrangements. RoamSeek is not responsible for any losses incurred due to reliance on AI-generated plans.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. You must not use the Service to generate harmful, illegal, or offensive content.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RoamSeek and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RoamSeek be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
